Please include your name, your organization's name (if applicable), type of application (grant, scholarship, etc.), and the date you submitted your application in the body of the email.

• Letter of Recommendation

• Personal statement (not to exceed three pages) that includes a brief autobiography about yourself, your reasons for applying for the scholarship, your financial need, your proposed field of study, your future career plans, and your current activities and involvements.
